CSAT, NPS, and VoC tools measure how existing customers feel after the fact, usually through surveys or sentiment analysis on support tickets. Enargea measures the behavioral and systemic causes of those feelings — across prospects and customers — using public evidence and a defined nine-dimension rubric. VoC tells you the score; Enargea tells you why the score is what it is and which system inside your business is producing it.
